About CIU Library
Clarke International University(CIU) Library is a state-of-the-aknowledge hub that connects staff , students , industry professionals, the near by community and the general publicat large.
The CIU Library is a member of the Consortium of Uganda University Libraries (CUUL) and has a built up collecton with relevant , up-to-date resources in both print and electronic format .
The library is open to students and staff of CIU, alumni and any affliates of Clarke Group.

Welcome to the Clarke International University Library website! Our website offers a glimpse into the countless resources and opportunities our Library can offer to students, faculty, and staff.
Our staff and facilities offer countless support and opportunities for undergraduate and graduate research, and a vast collection of print and digital books, journals, theses and dissertations, DVDs, CDs and Videocassettes. The flexibility of our spaces on campus allows our facilities to meet the students’ needs whether they are studying for an exam in our quiet study space or working on a group project in our study room.
CIU library has two libraries, the Main Library at the Main building and the Annex Library and for over the years the library has been a centre for research, training, teaching, learning, support and providing a conducive environment for work and study. Through its slogan “Read, Learn and Innovate at CIU” library staff have made it a point to avail healthcare related information while adhering to the technological and educational advancements, thus bring about the general improvement of the students, staffs, researchers and community at large. I am pleased to say the CIU Library staff continues to be innovative and supportive of these changes.
We look forward to more years of making a difference in healthcare through research and also playing an influential and impactful role in our students’ experience here at Clarke International University.
